I can honestly say that they are in my prayers as well as others . I think there is soo much pain happening all over the world we may ,in fact, be in shock. I know this site is powerful with prayers and i do not think, in my opinion they have forgotten California in the prayer chain. We all know the devastation that is happening, my friends are there as well.. please remember we are praying and hoping that brighter days ly ahead.. Karen

In Oct 2003 fires ravaged Southern California and there was messages posted about that on a daily basis, with prayers and offers of help. Now Ventura County and a huge part of Southern California has experienced a tremendous amout of flooding, loss of life and property. Living here I have witnessed and helped in many rescues and evacuations. I have held hands of folks who have lost everything. I have cried and prayed at funerals, with more to come. There is not one single post on this message board that I could find regarding even a prayer for the members who live here. Or even a prayer for the people of Southern California in general. Some prayers would be appreciated. Thanks. ~Susan
