DEAR ADMIN, THANKYOU for leaving the recipe exchange. It has been a real blast for us to try each others recipes. (and tastey, oh, and fattening )I almost had a heart attack when I'd seen a bunch of stuff modified, because I had not copied the reccipes. I was JUST about to make Willies chili. BTW I did get it made,(thanks to the recipes not going away) and everyone needs to make a batch. It is DIVINE. THIS is perfect to make for a big trail ride get together. It is very EASY to make, doesnt take much time (except) for the simmering time, and relatively inexpensive. Thankyou Willie. I have never once tried another chili recipe aside from the one my ex mother in law gave me. We will be making this one from now on !!! Yvonne

Lemon Chicken with Capers and Angel Hair Pasta very easy to do first -- line a roasting pan with aluminum foil and drop in a stick of butter (slice it in to several pieces so it melts better) then -- you will need: ** 4- 6 boneless chicken breasts ** jar of capers ** lemon juice place -- chicken breasts in pan on top of butter, squeeze lemon juice over chicken moderately, dump capers on top, sprinkle with garlic salt, just a touch of celery salt, dash or two of coarse black pepper (not too much now), and bake until chicken is done (400 degree oven) -- after butter melts, push capers into juice so that they don't burn, no need to turn chicken now while this is cookin -- make angel hair pasta -- when done, add little olive oil, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes (nuke in a little water first, it makes them soft) dice into bite size chunks -- add some green onion to make it look pretty and add sliced black olives if you like them-- this makes the perfect side dish -- overall dinner can be done in 30 minutes -- enjoy

I made Jasmines Dessert recipe last night. It was awesome. I'm going to make a bigger batch for the Bull Bash get together. I added cinnamon to the flour mixture, and when it was almost done, I added brown sugar sprinkled all over the top. It was reallllllllllllllllllly good. Ridinon

Ok..y'all ready for another of my famous recipes?? I've entered these in fairs across Ontario and won a lot of awards with them!! Annie's Award Winning Chilli This makes a double batch. 2 lbs Regular or Medium Ground Beef 2-3 red onions, chopped (like the flavour from the red onions) 3-4 green peppers, diced 2 cans of diced tomatoes, undrained 2 cans tomato soup 3 cans pork and beans 2 cans red kidney beans, undrained 4 small cans tomato paste 1 cup red wine vinegar chili powder worchestershire sauce Brown the meat, drain off the fat. Add onions and green peppers. Add all the rest of the can ingredients, while stirring and keeping the heat at medium. Add the red wine vinegar. Once it starts to simmer, I add the spices, sprinkling them on, not a lot, stirring. I turn the heat down to almost low, so it won’t burn. Then I go back and taste it, then add a bit more spices, stirring, then putting the lid back on. I do this for about 2 hours, going and stirring it every 10 minutes, maybe adding a bit more spices. I don’t add all the spices at once, I find its REALLY spicy then. This way, the spices get simmered in and you can season it to taste. You can add mushrooms or anything else you like, but I found by just using the chili powder and the worchestershire sauce, makes it very tasty, and as hot or not as you like it. This is the recipe that I created and I have many people asking for it, so it must be good! LOL. Any potluck I go to, I’m ALWAYS asked to bring chili. Good luck and enjoy Annie
