I was there two years ago and had a wonderful 3 weeks. Besides riding, there is also some good fishing.

Jacquie, we were just there this past weekend. RV hookups and good pens...in the sun. Paved lot for the trailers. The riding is ok...some in the woods but most riding is thru open areas. It is a beautiful place...not my favorite place to ride but very nice and worth checking out. If you go, a great place to eat is Jalapeno Tree in Mineola.

I've not been there to camp and ride but have heard that it's a good place to do so. In the pictures the terrain looks a lot like that at Tarrant Ranch near Bullard, Tx Have been looking for some new places to ride that aren't too far ~ a lot of my favorite horse campgrounds are no longer in business. Any thoughts and/or info on this?
