I'm in Amarillo, but can find a place for a few horses and if anyone needs care packages, I can make up a pretty good one! I can be reached here or at wtbreezy1@yahoo.com. Let me know what you need and I'll find a way to get it there.

Shelley....Keep me posted or if you need anything let me know. Wherever the horses are make sure there are no broken boards with nails in their pasture. Also beware of sheets of tin that might be scattered around in the pasture as the last thing you need is for a horse to get cut. After storms like the one that you just had cuts or wounds seem to always get infected as everything seems to be dirty. Water standing out in the pastures will be full of mosquito larvae and other parasites and that is not good either. Any kind of profesional medical help will be extremely hard to find so just try look around for anything that might cause injury to your animals and family.
The offer still stands if you want to get your horses out of there later on.

Shelley & Tom and anyone else who needs a place for their animals. With no electricity there will be no water soon for your horses. If you want to put your horses here at the ranch just let me know. I can come get them or we can meet somewhere. I can haul 5 at a time. Let me know

Once again The Diamond will be opening its doors to evacuess of this storm , if you need a place to stay with horses give us a call, we have over 200 stalls and 120 Rv hook ups, we do not have any turn outs but we also welcome your dogs if they are kept leashed .
The stalls are free of charge for evacuess if you will clean them before departure, we do ask that you purchase a minimum of 1 bag of shavings per stall at a cost of $7.00 per bag or you can bring your own
RV hook ups are $15.00 per night Im sorry that we cant lower that any more. If you elect not to clean your stalls we do ask that you pay a onetime charge of $10 per stall so we can have them cleaned .
I do want to remind everyone that we are NOT a bording facility that you are responsible for the care of your own animals while here and we do ask that you keep the stalls picked out during your stay with us , we do have wheelbarrows and picks for that, but we do not have general horse supplies such as buckets, feed or hay etc ...
Thanks and everyone be safe, dont hesitate to call if you have any more questions

We are 70 miles nw of San Antonio and can make room for animals and some people.
We're full in the house with my son and family visiting but we have a big LQ horse trailer.
I heard that all accomodations between S.A. and Junction are full but as I said, we will make room.
I hesitate to post our # on here but if there is a need, contact someone to make a post with your information and myself or Mark will call.
Good luck to everyone!
